is absolutely hopeless, spent 15 hours last week on 4 calls, 2 of which I just could not understand the person whose accent was so pronounced and spoke so fast. Finally got someone at 11.30pm who spoke very well and after some 15 minutes of please hold while I speak to my superior, and no progress made hung up. This was all to rebook a holiday put on hold due to illness. I have now rebooked on cheaper fares but believe I can claim back the taxes and charges. If this is so. how do I go about that.
