Ive been many times now with and with out the kids, they will love waterbom park, just up the road, you can do a 2 day pass if you think they will like 2 days instead of just one, cheaper to pay before you leave on the first day.
they might like to eat and Bubba Gumps, its fun for the kids meals little dearer then else where but atmostphere great.
Gracie Kellys is down stairs at the Dynasty good food also its like an irish pub.
the monkeys i wouldnt worry about my son was scratched and hes 14 they can turn very quickly, they're cute but thats about all.
we enjoyed the elephant ride we go to the Bali Elephant Camp, fantastic youhave a 1/2 hr ride and then lunch.
can give you a name of a driver i have used him on all 5 times been to Bali,

i usually email him tell him i'm coming over again and he picks us up from airport you should have transfers with your accom. he can organise a day to meet you and discuss what and when and where you want to go and do.
