We are booked with AA for Sept this year. Very cheap flights. Only problem we are having is getting in contact with them. Getting through on the 1300 is impossible (Have spent literally hours on hold. They don't answer emails either. (We had a text of change of flight time and needed to know which day we were flying back)Finally managed to use the Live Chat off website and found our flight had not been changed at all.
So a little put off already and havn't even flown yet. So not really sure yet if is worth the cheap flight. At least with other airlines there is no problem speaking to someone if you have a problem. Just my experience anyway.
