Is it a toll free phone number?

Is 1300 7603302 toll free?
I've been trying to get through to an AA operator, takes so long i googled to see if there's another number.
Didn't find one but this is what i read on WikiAnswers:
"Forget about Airasia, its the worst airline i ever use. BEWARE they told you the number are toll free but when U receive the phone bill, you will know. You can hold on the line forever."
