re the duck puppet. Xmas time hubby and son had a morning ritual of hiring bodyboards and having a light surf as you do. Streetseller approached with duck puppet on one hand and gun lookalike cigarette lighter in other hand and started shooting the duck. Everyone had a good laugh and the streetseller passed duck and gun onto son (10yrs) to do the same. Little did my son know, the lighter was a trick zapping lighter and gave him a good jolt, everyone had a great laugh as his expense. Of course the lighter was purchased ASAP,and, guess who was the next to get zapped....me of course, gun went flying through the air, nearly landed in the pool. Was very funny. Keep up the great reports, I'm very jealous, wishing I was there.
