Air Asia Refund - how to get?

I want to claim a tax refund on some tickets I didn't use but can't get through on their 1300 7603302 phone number. Despite phoning several times a day every day for the last week and waiting in the phone queue for over 20 minutes on several occasions, I cannot get through :(

Anyone have any tips on how to do this efficiently?
