Our 6th Bali trip is coming up in July (no matter how many times I've been, I always get really excited from about this time onwards!) and this time we are taking a newbie with us. So, we are doing a lot more activities than what we did last few trips but also looking at doing a few new things that we haven't done yet and one of those is the Safari Park.
Looking at the park's website, it looks like the Rhino package is the way to go, except it doesn't list the price for it. Other than it being for free (which I doubt very much !!! LOL), I'm guessing this means that the price is negotiable. How much have people paid for this package and where/who did they buy it from? Also, does anyone have any hints for the Safari park in general, ie is it worth getting our own driver for the day to drive us there & take us back or is the shuttle bus ok? I've read somewhere on the forum that they rang the park ahead of time to book the elephant ride. If we dont do that, does anyone know of the waiting time for the ride? Have done the Taro Elephant ride previously so not too fussed about the one at the Safari park.
Any information will be great! I've left my email open, just remove the no_spam part. We are staying at the KTH and will no doubt be down at S&S sometime during our stay in Bali. Anyone else around at that time?
