as my son now can't go to Bali next week (Uni Exams). I was hoping to change the name, but a no go as it was a promo ticket. Don't know to change the dates and hope he can go at another time???, I did read on the forum that I can get a refund on the taxes, Is this correct. Any help/info much appreciated.
