If you don't mind mixing with them stay at places often mentioned here. BGH, KTH or SBV etc.
Otherwise stay at some of the hotels you mentioned and you can avoid the riff raff. I remember meeting a German gentleman many years ago in Bali and he compared some of the Aussies to the drunks that frequent and ruin the Oktoberfests in Germany.
