Hi Shubbaz, your laptop should have a built in wi-fi receiver.
You take your laptop to a cafe with free wi-fi and the laptop searches the area for any signals. If it finds a signal you can either connect free, if it doesnt require a password or sometimes you may need to purchase a daily connection, eg 15000rp for the day. (our hotel offered daily passwords to connect).
You can also conect via cable.
You may need assistance first up to connect. You need to check where the internet connection hows on the bottom right hand side of the lower screen. (Right click, connect to a network .......etc).
Maybe try someone like Harris's cyber cafe, Legian cyber cafe or the lik for assistance.
