You are the one giving the advice to "just do it".
You are clearly a superior judge of what constitutes food and what does not........perhaps it's also OK to also take light beer because that's only a "bit" alcoholic?
The poster is clearly concerned and deserves to know what the formal position is.
Your advice has the potential of leading to some embarrasement.
But then maybe the poster could just state that "Trayden says it's OK" ?!!
