Heaps of money changers on the street and will be one at your hotel reception also - that will accept and change both American Dollars and Australian Dollars.

Per person:

You will need 25USD for Visa On Arrival

and

150K IDR for departure tax

There are ATMs everywhere also that you will be able to withdraw IDR from your card as you would at home (thats providing your Australian - as im not sure how it works for US ATM cards...
