Indonesian Authorities have no idea what they are doing, in spite of the fact that they often work closely with the Australian Authorities.
Far better that they take notice of the experts in the subject on here, who would have extensive experience in such things.
You can continue to "question the whole process", but I doubt that those implimenting the process will be much interested in giving you any answers.
