will be doing that exact trip next week. I have not yet done the Amed to Lovina Leg, but have checked it out on Google Earth and it looks like a good road to ride on.
The by-pass road up the east coast is a little dangerous with the large truck. Candi Dasa to Amed is enjoyable. Lovina to Ubud is very enjoyable. The Sinaraja to Lovina section is also dangerous due to the amount of traffic that fly's along it.
