We did complain and was offered a credit or a refund. We are flying in 4 weeks so flight with other carriers now more expensive than when we booked 6 months ago. What I am most cranky about was when we booked we could have got flights cheaper if we have gone via perth or darwin but I paid the extra for direct as wanted the holiday to be as painless as possible with kids. I usually always fly Jet* but booked with virgin as their flights arrive in bali in afternoon instead of 10pm at night so thought ut would be better for the kids. Wish I had stuck with jet*......
