How some will read a posting and add more than what was originaly intended. Re read the post and see if there was any mention of being over the limit.One drink and admitting to an insurance company you had been drinking could be enough to deny a claim.I think 99% would agree that is not on. However If you are drunk ofcourse the Insurance company has the right to deny a claim .
