We always stay in this block but usually on the first floor. I think NS01 would be the room nearest the restaurant which means you might look out to the owners house rather than the gardens... not sure. We have stayed numerous times of the year and never really been bothered by other guests being loud etc. Biggest noise I ever heard whilst staying there was when a big tree from the next door property fell down on top of the little hut by the fish pond! Woke me up in the middle of the night but my other half didn't hear a thing! Lots of branches on our balcony the next morning!
