my terrible experience had very little to do with the bad pizza, in fact i wished i had not said anything when i was asked if there was something wrong with the meal, this started a chain reaction with the owner of the establishment at our table within minutes. instead of apologising for a bad meal he became quite aggressive in wanting to know why it was not up to standard,maybe he was a little tired and over refreshed at it was near closing time but i member of my party who runs a customer based business in australia said he was quite shocked and taken back the experience and said if any of his employees spoke to any customer in this fashion that he would instantly dismiss them from his organisation
