I am not sure if you also noticed on the website that under "links to more information" their is a link to the owners own website with further details & photos of the villa.
Some people say that a picture meant a 1000 words but that sure wasn't the case this time on either website !
I have already contacted VRBO website via email & at this stage have just made some general comments & not gone into full details.When I checked my email earlier today I had received a reply from early hours this morning.I have not yet had time to get back to them.
Their reply said they are very distressed to hear of my unpleasant experience with one of their advertisers.They want all travellers to have a perfect vacation when they stay at a VRBO property.They take all complaints seriously & appreciate that I contacted them.They state while they are involved in the booking process they are not responsible in this type of situation but still want travellers to have a wonderful experience.They wish to address the situation so have requested further information & details from me.I am definately going to follow up with them & will report back here at a later stage with the outcome.
