Garuda, and I chose them as I thought he would be escorted all the way through. Should bring it up wioth airline, so they are aware. My son was taken through Sydney, but when we arrived in Denp[assar they forgot to escort him through. I had drilled him, and just let this boy know to ask if he is not sure. he was collected once he went through customs, and our friends met him in denpassar. So he managed to get the visa and clear customs, then collectr his luggage on his own. My friends called once they had him. I then contacted the airline, and he was properly escorted back to us from Denpassar to Sydney. Speak to the airline, it is the safest way and tell him what to do. At 16 he will be quite savvy!
