Yes I have had Dengue and I like yourself have been told that there are 4 strains and once you have had one strain you are immune to it.. So you have also probably been advised that if you were to contract another strain the symptoms and outcome can be far worse than your initial virus.. Being a recent sufferer the reason I asked is because I wanted to get feed back from someone like you that has been back 15 more times and not had any problems for advise on extra precautions you may now take since having the virus..
