Dengue fever is as common in tropical Australia as in Indonesia ( including Bali ). When I had it I was given this information from the hospital. Some strains of Dengue fever are carried by daytime mosquitoes that are black and white striped and commonly known as zebra mosquito. There are four varieties of Dengue fever in Bali. Once you have had one you are immune to it. I have had dengue fever - not very pleasant and for the very young, old and those with other conditions can be life threatening. I have been back to Bali for months on end since I had dengue fever.
Ps don't mention poisonous spiders and snakes to potential tourists to Australia.
