my little fridge coped amazingly well with long periods without power, and seeing as the market was quite a distance, was great to have. Some of the best meals we had were the ones we cooked ourselves with local ingredients. So, so, so fresh and the taste is like nothing you can get back home. Maybe the chef will get over his aversion to cooking and get creative again one day.
