trouble booking with Merpati

wanting to book return flights from Bali to Lombok via Merpati airlines. I am having trouble booking for the flights in their website with a visa as it is not issued in Indonesia. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can pay for it in Australia before leaving compared to trying my luck once I arrive in Bali.
