Going to Bali on Tuesday without accomm

Hi all, two of us are going to Bali on tuesday morning. We haven't booked accommodation as it's supposed to be far cheaper doing it over there. Any sugestions on a place that shouldn't be booked out and is good for young crew (minus bounty)
