Donation of clothes to orphanage

Hi Everyone

A friend of mine is travelling to Bali next week (first time ever) with her family and has a heap of clothes that she would like to donate to an orphanage. Can anyone advise me who she could contact to come and collect the items from there hotel? They are staying at the Ramada Bintang (Tuban).

Any advice would be appreciated.
