Optus, sms to Bali

Has anyone had trouble in the past week sending sms to Bali.I keep getting messages and answer them,but the recipient doesnt get them ,have tried two phones ,plus my Bali sim ,but no go.Am quite bewildered by it ,have never had a problem like this one.Thanks :)
