providers. My daughter was recently in Canada. She could text me from a Canadian sim card but I couldn't text her using my Vodafone phone. I could ring her without any problems. Vodafone advised they didn't have agreements with Virgin Mobile in Canada. My son's Optus phone worked fine. So would seem that Telstra have an agreement with IND TELKOMSEL but not the others.
