Internet cafes VS Wifi..

Hi everyone...
Im just wondering if there are net cafes around the main towns and cities in Bali?
I may be able to borrow a friends mini lappy but not too sure at this stage...too dear to buy a new one for 3 weeks..so Im wondering if there are easily accessible net cafes, and ifso, how much is it for an hour?
