We used this on our last trip and was verty impressed. We were led through the same aisle as the crew comimg off the plane, near immigration, bypassing all the long queues. We waited near the luggage carousels and when the chap returned with our stamped passports etc, we picked up luggage and he just waved at customs officer and out we were.
