Sleepin Apnea Cpap machine

hello ,
we will be bringing a sleeping apnea machine for the first time in bali .will this cause any trouble ?we will be carrying a medical letter of approaval from our doctor ...but is dps airport staff familiar with this device ( concerned about our arrival, and departure aiport check ups)

any feedbacks, comments , problems , would help ...
