Try over at the "living in indonesia forum . org" (take out the spaces) in there visa or relationship sections. There are some very helpful and knowledgable members over there.
I can really feel for you on this one, my calon istri got her police check in a couple of days, but then had to mail me the original as dfat will not accept a noterised copy. And bloody australian couier post lost it. Now we have to wait till april to get another.
So where in australia will you guys be living? if you don't mind me asking.
