Yes they are very hard to contact, with no relevant numbers on their website. We had similar situation upon checkin staff forgot to tag our bag and it went to the wrong country. JS were no help at all with following up, fortunately staff at the airport it went to opened our bag and found a family members number. 12 days later we had our bag ! Make sure you keep all receipts as JS insisted we claim through our travel insurance never apologizing or accepting any reponsibility.
