Departed Syd 28th via Jetstar Star class, bag has not arrived or can't be located, no help from JS. can anyone tell me how I can get through to the so called help number 00180361332, tried hotel staff, NFI, internet cafe, NFI. No big deal just need to talk to somefrom JS other than airport staff who ring every couple of days to advise bag has not arrived.
