I have stayed at Sofitel Seminyak on 2 occaisions. Last being January. On both occasions we got a complimentary upgrade and late checkouts.... In january we had the lovley surprise of being upgraded to a Private Villa with Butler. Faaabulous. And were happy to give a checkout as late as we wanted.
Used my Accor card at Husk for 5 star dining. Food was excellant. Got 50% off the food and beverage. Also used it at the Beach/Pool Cafe and had a lovely meal by the pool.Pool Bar and restaurant staff very friendly.
I dont usually stay at large hotels when I travel to Bali( 2/3time a year). But I find the surrounds,gardens,pool area etc very pleasant at Sofitel Seminyak. Quite honestly I find other than checking in/out I dont usually need any extra service at a hotel. Quite self sufficient. My tow experiences have been fine especially those complimentary upgrades and without even requesting!!! Cheers Toni
