as long as you bear in mind that it is a no frills airline. We have flown Jetstar to both Bali and Phuket without any hassles. Both times we pre-ordered the DVD players to pass the time, bought sandwiches at the airport (or took from home) to eat on the plane - no probs.
We are flying Virgin to Bali this time and Jetstar home. The only reason is because Jetstar (from Sydney) don't get into Bali until about 10pm and Virgin early afternoon. Have you checked Garuda on zuji website, some friends just got fares for $780 return from Sydney (Sept before hols start) but it is dearer the closer you get to school hols. Whatever you decide have a great holiday.
