Timnit..May I respectfully suggest that you take your complaints to the management. If you get no joy, the Accor Asia Area Manager is based at the hotel. His name is Michel Vernier and I am sure that he would be far from pleased to hear of your disatisfaction. Explain the situation to him. Hope this helps.
