Top 5 things for kids?

Hi there,
Have been several times with the kids (now 9 & 11) and have done the waterpark thing, elephant park and white water rafting. Was interested to hear other's ideas on best things to do with kids? Will do waterpark and rafting again. Also thinking of volcano downhill bike ride. Am interested in more cultural / activity type stuff now they are a bit older!
