Please Help re Paddang Bai

I am trying to find a nice little cottage to rent for the month of September in or near Paddang Bai for 2 Adults and 2 Kids (21month and 8 years).
We would like Self Catering (clean!) and the use of a pool. It would be great to be able to walk to beach with kids. We do not want anything that is right in the busy area of town.
Any assistance in this area would be great.
