There are five security checks when you fly back from Bali with Jetstar. On the second security check beore the Jetstar Checkin Counter, a private security guard employed by Qantas/Jetstar will tell you that you are not allowed to include partly consumed bottles of alcohol in your checked in luggage. If you stand your ground and tell him that the bottle is wrapped and the cap is wrapped in sticky tape, he will relent and let it through.
On the third last security check, all liquids > 100ml will be confiscated from your carry on luggage.
