catch a taxi to the burswood complex, they have a cloak room that you could probably leave your luggage at. There is a foodcourt, restaurants, casino (try not to blow your holiday cash..lol), bars, gardens, playground(?), shops, comfy lounges near the hotel complex.
That the only place I think is open apart from the airport at 7.30am.
