as mentioned before the Domestic and International Airports are not connected so you will need to either get a taxi or the shuttle bus from one to the other.

Terminal Transfer Fares

For passengers travelling with Qantas, One World or on a Qantas code-share flight this service is FREE however passegners must obtain a transfer voucher from the Qantas Ticketing Counter prior to boarding the bus.

For passengers travelling with all other airlines, an $8 per person charge applies which can be paid directly to the bus driver. Passengers must ensure that they have their ongoing travel documents ready to show the driver as they board.

The bus leaves the domestic airport every hour on the half hour eg 7.30am, 8.30am, ... so if this doesn't suit a Taxi might be the best option, there are always plenty of them and the line moves fairly quickly from my experience.
