a sensational rate in excess of **** two days ago at my regular ATM. Unfortunately I can't reveal its whereabouts, as I beleive they wind the rate down if too many people use the same machine, therefore hedging their bets on rate movements.
You should try a few ATMs in low profile, smaller street locations as they will give better rates for sure. Pick the best, continue to use it and don't tell too many.
