Allergies ..egg ,dairy,nuts 7yr old

Hi can anyone help..I would like to know of the correct way to say these words, to make it easier and safe to eat out.My husband and I have been to Bali before and he has egg allergy, we had no problems then,but my 7yr old also allergic to dairy and nuts

We are staying at the Dynasty
