Those who have paid by Credit Card for the flights through to February 2010 should be entitled to a reversal - that is, of course, if there are funds available. Maybe with "restructuring of management" has come a "restructuring of bank accounts" too??
Who do they think would be crazy enough to accept from them a "voucher for another flight to be arranged after 12th December 2009"?
Of course IndoJet would be finding no aircraft available to them for either charter or lease. With their track-record, and if what OzJet said at the time of their demise that IndoJet was a major Debtor and the prime cause of their failure to pay Perth Airport, then why would any aircraft operator even consider taking-on IndoJet.
They have been able until now, by deception, stealth and on-going "extensions of suspension period" been able to keep creditors and Government Agencies at bay. Surely the W.A. Government must be able to find a way around the loop-hole IndoJet as created and take them to task for their unscrupulous trading practices.
The statement "no queries will be answered until 10th November" says it all really.
Do you know if they are still being allowed - assuming there would be anybody foolish to want to buy one - to accept monies for tickets on their "proposed services after February 2010"?
