When the wonderful Indojet stuffed up our plans for my sons "Trip of a Lifetime" - they have been less than noticable in the papers and continue to drag out any refund process by not declaring insolvency but "Delaying flight rescheduling .
We were luck enough to have paid by credit card and were able to claim back against the bank for services not received.
Do not know how this company or the lenghts they when to have not been made more public or scrutenised.
