Wow sounds like your experience wasnt as smooth or as great as mine has been. I guess there is always two sides to every story though. We have used Bali Baby Hire the last 3 times and have hired a pram, bottle sterilizer and porta cot. Megan and the staff at Bali Baby hire have always been excellent and accomodating even when out airport transfers and delivery after after middnight. The equipment has all been excellent and in great condition. I have also had the same delivery person on all three times and he has been very sweet and on time. I have never had any problems with getting my security deposit back. I think the service is fantastic and a must for all families with young kids.
