Disturbing trend BGH

Have been to Bali 7 times and stayed at 7 different hotels, in March 09 stayed at the BGH, booked and paid 6 months in advance for a deluxe room, when I arrived given a room that I thought was a deluxe but was a superior room, luckily I had a copy of the floor plan. Spoke to others at the hotel and they had the same issue, I was given a refund but it was not the difference between a deluxe and superior room. I have tried to get a price for a superior room for March 10 but can only get a quote for a deluxe room, this smells of a scam by the hotel. This issue aside the hotel, staff and amenities were fantastic, but I can't help but believe that this is a scam run by the hotel, as I have neve had the same issue previously.
