crimes than before we definately hear more but cover up's are still happening.

At the end of February the Regent of Bangli's younger brother had a reporter on the local paper killed as he was writing embarrassing stories about how come he got the job to repair local schools and why was money disappearing. He and his henchmen have been in jail for months but charges have yet to be laid, even though everyone except the Regents brother have confessed. We wait.

A few weeks ago a schoolgirl a few villages away was gang raped by several men. Her family complained, the guys were apprehended but now it all seems to have been smoothed over as they are back in the community.

You remember the days when the English could do anything in your green land. Those days are gone and one day they will be gone here too. Bring on straight police and honest judges.
