A balanced view of proceedings indeed.
IMO the perpetrator(s ) will be caught, Bali is such a small place and also the fact that such a lot of income and other support comes from Japan, will hyper-motivate Police.
It would be interesting to view figures of this sort of crime compared with Balinese ones; for instance try Perth.
